Voyce includes a range of unit sizes from studio to three bedrooms. In an unusual move, the GBL Architects’ designed building has two one-bedroom, a two-bedroom and a three-bedroom on its penthouse level.
Rather than using this space only for larger homes, Tsoi says the variety of unit sizes provides a balance of options for buyers.
“We considered the price point and the needs of the buyers, for example, young professionals who may want a one-bedroom unit with the private rooftop patio and the breathtaking views,” he says.
In the penthouse units, Gaggenau appliances, including a five-burner gas cooktop, speed oven that combines oven, microwave and grill and a 30-inch refrigerator and freezer, take the homes to another level of luxury, says Tsoi.
To keep the strata fee low and recognizing the many amenities in the area such as Queen Elizabeth Park and the Hillcrest Community Centre, facilities in the building itself were limited to a meeting and entertainment room for the use of residents.
The building has two levels of gated and secured underground parking with electric vehicle chargers in several stalls.
Construction is expected to start in spring 2021, says Tsoi.
