Priscilla Presley is making moves. This week, the former wife of singer Elvis Presley placed her longtime Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $15.995 million with Hilton & Hyland. Jonah Larson holds the listing, which you can view here.

The seven-bedroom and 8.5-bathroom home sits on an acre of land at 1167 Summit Dr. The completely secluded and gated home instantly transports guests out of Beverly Hills with its rich Italian villa-style architecture. Brick walkways and patios, as well as fountains adorned by vines enchant the home’s exteriors. A tiled swimming pool and a tennis court add to the property’s luxe amenities.

However, the interiors are the the real treat. Vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and arched doorways detail the home.

Red velvet dining room curtains give the home a medieval feel.

Not to mention this bathroom looks like it’s straight out of a fairytale.

This is the first time in over 45 years that the house has been on the market. In the years following her divorce from Elvis in 1973, Priscilla purchased the home due to its proximity to her ex-husband’s home.

In 2018, she told Closer that “Elvis stayed in the Holmby Hills home I found for us,” She continues “We were very, very close, and I wanted to make sure his house was near to our daughter, Lisa Marie.”

Priscilla’s decision to sell the house comes just one month after the death of her grandson, Benjamin Keough, who died by suicide.
