Drop it like a panda at Tokyo’s new Ueno Park bathroom : The Asahi Shimbun

People hearing nature’s call near Ueno Zoo in Tokyo can now seek inspiration from some of the institution’s finest animals.

Those who use the redesigned public restroom in Ueno Park and grace its toilet seats are greeted by murals of popular animals–a panda, a giraffe, a lion and a penguin–as seen from behind, drawn on the interior of the stalls.

The NKBA’s “Living Impacts Design” research was released during the first quarter of 2020, and highlights consumers’ kitchen inclinations based on more than 750 completed industry surveys. Influential changes to kitchen design include: plans for aging in place; homeowners’ need to escape from a chaotic world; a desire to live

348 Virgin Flat Road is an idyllic one-bedroom cottage for sale in Westport, West Coast.

If hell is other people, this isolated one-bedroom cottage for sale on the West Coast must be heaven.

The seller of the secluded Westport property is in the midst of preparing a ‘death conference’ when she picks up the phone.

Melanie Mayell has been using the cottage as a writing and photography workshop for the past 12 years. She often writes about the theme of death and organises meet-ups for people who want to get together and talk about it.

New research shows that one in five women have deprioritised their breast health and nearly half are less likely to share their breast health concerns as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

According to the study by Estee Lauder Companies’ Breast Cancer Campaign, only half (56%) of the Black women surveyed check their breasts every month.

A fifth of women under 45 are unlikely to visit a doctor, even if they noticed a change in their breasts. Nearly two thirds (61%) of women are feeling more isolated and 60% are feeling less connected to their friends and family.

Talking about breast cancer and being breast aware is a vital part of creating a cancer free world, yet 43% of women said they would be less likely to share breast health concerns.

Despite this, encouragingly
